What learning modules does HelloAI offer?

HelloAI offers three learning paths (Foundations, Professional, and Executive) to support different levels of experience and career goals:

  • HelloAI Foundations: Perfect for anyone curious about artificial intelligence, with no technical background required. Whether you're a healthcare professional, a student, a patient, or simply interested in how AI is shaping the world, this course gives you a clear and practical introduction.
  • HelloAI Professional: For healthcare professionals, students, and researchers who want to understand how AI can be applied in real clinical and operational settings. The course focuses on practical applications and insights to support decision-making, innovation, and leadership.
  • HelloAI Executive: Designed for healthcare leaders and decision makers. Currently offered exclusively as an interactive classroom-style workshop, providing a highly engaging collaborative learning experience for leaders who want to explore AI strategy and sustainable adoption in depth.

Whether you're starting fresh or aiming to drive innovation, HelloAI helps you understand, apply, and thrive with AI in healthcare.

Is the program fully online?

Yes. The program is 100% online and includes presentations, Q&A sessions, self-paced modules, and live events, all accessible from anywhere.

How do I complete my registration?

Choose your preferred module and click Enroll Now. Fill in the account form and complete your purchase. On the next screen, you'll create your Thinkific account, and that's it: you're in.

What's the refund policy?

You can cancel within 3 working days of joining a course for a full refund. Pre-registrations can be withdrawn anytime before the course launches, also with a full refund. After the 3-day period, refunds are not available.

Do I earn university credit for this course?

No. HelloAI Professional is a non-degree program and does not provide university credits.

What's the format of HelloAI events?

We host two types of live events:

  • Live Event Sessions: Three guest speaker presentations followed by a Q&A with participants.
  • Journal Club Sessions: Small, interactive discussions of selected scientific papers.

All sessions are held on Zoom. Upcoming sessions are listed on our website and announced by email. Everyone enrolled in a course can join.

Will live sessions be recorded?

Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available to HelloAI Professional participants for the duration of the program.

How much time should I plan for the course?

The modules are self-paced, and time depends on your background and learning style:

  • Foundations: About 1 hour
  • Professional: Up to 20 hours

Your exact commitment will vary based on your prior knowledge, study habits, and any background in healthcare or IT.

Are there prerequisites?

Foundations: No prior knowledge required.

Professional: A general understanding of healthcare or IT and some familiarity with AI in healthcare is recommended.

How do I access course materials and live sessions?

After enrolling, you'll get login details for our Thinkific platform, where you can access all course content, live session links, and recordings.

Can I interact with instructors and participants?

Yes. The program includes interactive components such as live events where you can engage with instructors and peers.

Is there a deadline to finish the course?

Yes. While the courses are self-paced, all activities must be completed by December 31 of your enrollment year to qualify for certificates.

What certificate will I receive?

You'll receive a Certificate of Completion with your name, the module completed, and the completion date. The certificate is signed by HelloAI partner institutions.
